As yet, I have not even had my first appointment with Blue Umbrella. (It is scheduled for this afternoon) I specifically felt the need to write a short stellar review for the care I have ALREADY received. Both Alexandra (Alex) and Ashley have been absolutely fabulous. The combination of their attitude, demeanor, knowledge and perseverance are magnificent traits which Ihave never experienced before even from my long - term physician's teams! They have both made me feel extremely confident and calm knowing how on top of everything they are. It is incredibly refreshing to experience this level of geniune care. Dr. Robbins maintains a true professional, calm, caring and warm atmosphere that is not equaled by any Dr. in the South Florida area. It has been extremely difficult finding the right fit until I finally found him and his staff. What sets them apart? Easy....They listen, they care, they are not "clock watchers" or pill pushers. Their evaluations were based on the priciple of finding the best part of me, the one I have never met. Till this day, their priority has always been driven by "what makes me happy", my golas, ares of improvement to name a few. Although everyone's situation is different, we all have one thing in common and that is..we need to be heard and validated. You owe it to yourself and its time to make that change!! First off I would like to say Dr. Robbins is the best psychiatrist I have found. I met him before and it took me a while to tell he opened his own practice and it was the best day of my life. He is caring, compassionate, smart, listens to you and your concerns. I would also like to mention Jackie she is also amazing and truly cares about you, listens, asks questions and both Dr. Robbins and Jackie are the best around. His staff is also very caring and compassionate I would like to recognize Kandra specifically she truly cares all the staff does including Claudia. I would never switch to anyone else and would like to say thank you for everything. Well for starters I highly recommend Dr. Eric Robbins! He is very professional and very real at the same time. He doesn’t come off as your typical psychiatrist that asks you a couple questions and determines what medication you need. First off he does ask questions but I feel like he tries to get to know you and down to the nitty gritty of wether issues are psychological or biological. He won’t ever over medicate you and make you feel like an experiment. I’ve had my share of doctors and Dr. Robins is a caring doctor. The office staff is GREAT! At times I have to bring my kids and they are so friendly with them always offering them coloring books, educational toys to keep them entertained. The wait is never more then 15-20 minutes. Dr. Eric Robbins is a fantastic Psychiatrist who is welcoming and warm to his patients. He is always willing to help his patients and has a system set up where he can contact them within 24 hours. He walked me through my treatment options and was attentive to my concerns. He helped me realize that I have ADHD, and has given me the necessary medication and tools to handle my condition. Collette Dillon has changed my life forever. From day one, she showed empathy, care and was so attentive to my mental health needs. A family member was suffering from various issues. We were desperately searching for a psychiatrist who could provide help and relief. First, Dr. Robbins was willing to evaluate and treat my family member despite complicated family issues being present that resulted in being turned down by other psychiatrists. For that alone, I was beyond grateful. I believe he acted like a doctor should which was to try and help someone because of his compassion and understanding and see beyond peripheral type issues. Second, we were hoping for a drastic change and a night/day difference. I would have to say after a couple of months, there has been a drastic improvement. We did get a night and day difference. There is still work to be done and improvements to be made by our family member, but there is significantly more peace and laughter in our home now. I've had a great experience here and want to highlight Samantha, Bryana, and Collette Dillon. They are so sweet, and this is the first office that didn't make me feel like just another patient number. Samantha is amazing! I'm on my second cycle of TMS and once again, she makes something that might not be the greatest experience (having a magnet pulse on your head) into something I actually look forward to going to every day. I’m 67 years old & have been to several psychiatrists since I was 20 years old. One of them was world renowned & Dr Robbins is right up there with him! Great care with very caring and professional staff! I'm a very anxious and depressed person but everytime I walk through those doors I feel at ease. The staff and drs are awesome and the care is even better! The ketamine and sporvato treatments are changing my life and Bry makes sure it's a wonderful experience.
